    Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Associate to join our property restoration team. You will focus on building long-term partnerships with property management companies, insurance professionals, and commercial facilities by delivering exceptional service and solutions for fire, water, and storm damage restoration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect and build a robust sales pipeline within an assigned territory targeting property management, insurance, and commercial facilities/maintenance clients.

    Conduct regular in-person visits to cultivate relationships, understand client needs, and present our comprehensive restoration solutions (mitigation, contents restoration, storage, and reconstruction).

    Clearly explain our end-to-end service capabilities for fire, water, and storm losses for both residential and commercial properties.

    Maintain a consistent route and visit schedule to maximize touchpoints and generate referrals.

    Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs, timely communication, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

    Accurately document all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM and report progress to the Sales Manager.

    Actively represent the company at industry events and association meetings to generate leads and enhance visibility.

    Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity to effectively position our services.

    Consistently meet or exceed established activity and sales performance goals.

    Qualifications:

    Proven B2B sales experience (property restoration, insurance, or property management experience preferred).

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust from decision-makers.

    Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing a sales territory and route.

    Knowledge of insurance claims processes, property management, or facilities maintenance is a strong plus.

    Ability to explain technical services (mitigation, contents, reconstruction) in a clear, professional manner.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory, including walking, standing, and occasionally lifting promotional materials (up to 25 lbs).
