Job Overview: We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our Orlando team. In this role, you will assist customers, provide product and service information, answer questions, and help create a positive customer experience.
Sales Associates are responsible for greeting customers, learning their needs, recommending available options, processing sign-ups or account updates, and supporting daily sales goals. This is a full-time, in-person position with training provided.
No previous sales experience is required, but customer service, retail, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful. We are looking for dependable, professional candidates who enjoy working with people and are comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Speak with customers to understand their needs
Provide clear information about products, services, and available options
Recommend products or services based on customer needs
Answer questions and help customers make informed decisions
Assist with sign-ups, account updates, and customer paperwork

Communicate with management about customer needs, questions, or concerns
