S.W. Collins Company is looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Houlton team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team. Our Sales Associates work directly with homeowners, contractors, and other customers to help them find the right products and solutions for their projects.

What You'll Do
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
Listen to customers' needs and help them find the right products for their projects.
Answer product questions and provide basic product knowledge and recommendations.
Prepare estimates, quotes, and orders accurately.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer information.
Work with contractors, homeowners, and other customers to help bring their projects to completion.
Learn and stay current on products, building materials, tools, and services.
Work closely with other S.W. Collins departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Assist with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
Follow through on customer requests and commitments.
Contribute to a positive team environment and help deliver the legendary customer service our customers have come to expect from S.W. Collins.

Previous retail, sales, construction, or building-materials experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
