We’re excited to announce the opening of a brand-new UPS Store in Plano, TX! Join our team from the start and grow with us as we build a great customer-focused environment.

Position Overview

We’re looking for friendly, motivated Sales Associates who enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service. You’ll assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other business services while maintaining a professional and efficient store atmosphere. We are open 7 days a week .

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services

Process shipments using UPS and other carriers’ systems

Handle cash register transactions accurately

Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Assist with store marketing and upselling services

Follow store procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic computer skills (Windows, POS systems, email, etc.)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Previous UPS Store or retail experience preferred, but not required (we’ll train the right person!)
