Position: Membership Sales Associate (Hourly + Commission) Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00/hour base + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships
• Assist guests in choosing wash options and upgrades
• Achieve daily and monthly membership sales goals
• Maintain a fast, friendly, and positive guest experience
• Support basic car wash operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Flexible availability and willingness to learn
• Must be able to work weekends
