What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and provide personalized sleep consultations

Use your sales experience to match customers with the right mattresses and accessories

Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Educate customers on sleep products and financing options

Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Work closely with your team to create a welcoming, high-energy showroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of sales experience required (retail, furniture, or wellness preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working with sales goals and commission structures

Must be available on weekends

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $60,000–$90,000/year (based on experience and performance)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000
