    Position Summary

    Be part of one of the nation’s fastest-growing boutique fitness concepts—and grow with us! SPENGA Sugar Land is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

    This role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering results. You’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, converting prospects into members, and contributing to the studio’s overall success.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary $13 - $15 per hour (based on experience)

    Highly incentivized commission structure:

    $15 per membership sale

    +$10 bonus for first-visit closes

    2x commission rate when you close 10+ members in a month

    Key Responsibilities

    Drive membership sales through inbound leads, walk-ins, and outreach efforts

    Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and email to convert leads into members

    Conduct studio tours and fitness consultations, confidently presenting the SPENGA value proposition

    Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets

    Build relationships with members to support retention and referrals

    Participate in lead generation events, community outreach, and promotions

    Ensure a welcoming, energetic studio environment for all members and guests

    Maintain studio cleanliness and organization

    Support daily studio operations and additional tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    Proven sales experience required (fitness, retail, or service sales preferred)

    Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals

    Energetic, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

    Passion for fitness, health, and wellness (preferred but not required)

    Strong communication and closing skills

    Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

    Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends and early mornings as needed

    Proficient in English (bilingual is a plus)
