    Position Summary


    The Seasonal Sales Associate will support the boutique team during the holiday season by delivering an elevated client experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. This individual plays a key role in representing The Row’s refined standard of service and presentation during a high-volume period.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and luxurious shopping experience.

    • Support Client Advisors with appointments, product inquiries, and client follow-ups.

    • Maintain a pristine, well-organized sales floor and stockroom, ensuring merchandise is floor-ready.

    • Assist with replenishment, product transfers, and order fulfillment.

    • Provide accurate and efficient support at the point of sale, including processing transactions and wrapping purchases.

    • Collaborate with the team to achieve seasonal sales goals and deliver exceptional service.

    • Uphold The Row’s visual standards and brand aesthetic at all times.

    • Maintain awareness of security and store procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; luxury experience preferred.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for client experience.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

    • Team-oriented with a professional and polished demeanor.

    • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    • Comfortable with physical aspects of retail, including light lifting and standing for extended periods.

    Seasonal role: November – January (potential for extension based on business needs).
