613 Tech Group is expanding into a new office in Flatbush, Brooklyn, and we’re looking to grow our team of enthusiastic, motivated individuals. We specialize in tech solutions and brand development, and we’re seeking passionate individuals to help us expand our reach by connecting with brands and enhancing our social media presence.

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Sales Associates / Social Media Outreach Specialists to join our new office in Flatbush. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to brands, building partnerships, and promoting the 613 Tech Group brand. If you're a creative, energetic individual with a passion for social media and sales, this is a great opportunity for you to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to brands and businesses to establish partnerships and expand brand awareness.
• Assist with social media marketing efforts to promote the company’s products and services.
• Engage with potential clients and follow up to ensure a smooth partnership process.
• Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term growth.
• Track and report on sales and outreach efforts.
• Contribute to brainstorming and executing new marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; College students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 18-30 years old with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Strong social media skills with knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $20 - $33 per hour (based on experience).
• Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM.
• Potential for bonuses and commission based on performance.
