As a Sales Associate, you’ll:

Build relationships with existing and prospective customers in our community.

Review and advise on policy and coverage needs, helping customers make informed decisions.

Generate quotes for new business sales and create opportunities for new leads.

Work with agency-generated leads and actively follow up with prospective and active customers for sales opportunities.

Engage with our community and represent American Family Insurance on social media.

Grow your skills with on-the-job training and development.
