Position Overview
Stillwater Building Center is hiring a Front Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new products, and being part of a team. No prior building materials or sales experience is required—we provide on-the-job training.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers at the front counter and by phone
Help customers find products and answer basic questions
Process sales transactions, returns, and payments accurately
Coordinate customer pickups and communicate with store staff
Keep the front counter and sales floor clean and organized
Follow company procedures for orders, payments, and customer service

Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods
