We’re growing our Member Services Team at our upscale infrared sauna studio and are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Commission opportunities during sales training while shadowing experienced team members

Sales experience preferred. We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 9:30 pm opening and closing shifts

Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm opening and closing shifts

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Confidently sell memberships in a supportive, commission-based environment

Connect with leads using our CRM with enthusiasm and professionalism

Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Create a calm, welcoming experience for members and guests

Provide studio tours and answer questions about services and facilities

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
