Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our health, nutrition and wellness team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of Vitamins, dietary supplements or health products.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Assist customers with selecting vitamins, supplements and wellness products.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts and refunds to customers

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Qualifications

Experience selling vitamins, dietary supplements or nutritional products preferred.

Interest in health, nutrition and wellness.

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.

Comfortable speaking with customers and making product recommendations.

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Reliable, positive and professional and willingness to work a flexible schedule
