Responsibilities:

Connect with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Promote and sell products or services while delivering top-tier customer service

Support team goals in daily team meetings or briefings

Uphold the company's brand image in a friendly and professional manner

Report on sales progress, customer feedback, and trends to managers

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Goal-Oriented and driven: Has a strong desire to succeed, meets or exceeds targets, and remains focused under pressure

Must be able to commute to our Jersey City location at least 3 days a week
