We Offer

Weekend work opportunity for part-time employees

$14 per hour plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Prior sales experience in spa, gym, or salon preferred but not required

All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy

Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.

Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
