MSA – Membership Sales Associate (Weekend Opener) Perspire Sauna Studio

Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their best? Do you thrive in a customer-facing environment and enjoy building relationships? Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for a positive, confident, and results-driven Membership Sales Associate (MSA) to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxury wellness environment. We are currently hiring for a weekend opener position, with opportunities for additional hours and expanded responsibilities beginning this fall.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude

Reliability and a proven record of excellent attendance

Confidence in a sales-focused environment

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

Confidently sell memberships and promote studio services

Follow up with prospective members via text, phone, and email

Educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and Perspire memberships

Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment

Conduct studio tours for prospective members

Assist with opening procedures and daily studio operations

Clean and prepare sauna rooms between sessions

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio
