This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new studio launch and help build a strong fitness community. As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests, guide them through our membership options, and drive sales—while also playing a key role in community outreach and supporting social media content.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for signing up new members, guiding them through membership options, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Provide ongoing assistance and support to current members, addressing any inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in organizing and coordinating fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities to engage both existing and potential members.
Work closely with the Franchise Owner and Studio Director to support daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
Assist in creating engaging social media content to promote the studio and its services.
Play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment within FitCamp, encouraging teamwork, motivation, and a sense of community among members and staff.
Must be available evenings and weekends (closed Sundays)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve common goals and objectives.
Proficiency in learning and utilizing technology tools and systems to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their wellness goals.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to build rapport with members, inspire motivation, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using CRM/ member software and Google Sheets.
