About the Role:

V Connect Solutions Inc is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team in New York, NY! Responsibilities:

Engage walk-in customers and deliver an exceptional in-store retail sales experience

Sell Verizon wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, and connected devices to meet individual and team sales targets

Educate customers on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon service features

Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately and efficiently

Maintain store appearance, product displays, and merchandising standards

Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or wireless industry experience preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment

Basic tech-savviness and ability to learn new devices and systems quickly

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
