Sales & Booking Specialist (Spa Setting) Skin Spa Asheville | Downtown Asheville, NC

At Skin Spa Asheville, we specialize in elevated spa experiences, group celebrations, and memorable guest moments. We’re looking for a Sales & Booking Specialist who can confidently convert inquiries into bookings, build relationships with new clients, and drive consistent growth through outreach and upselling.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism, warmth, and urgency

Convert inquiries into booked appointments and spa parties

Confidently recommend services, packages, and add-ons to maximize each booking

Proactively follow up with leads and incomplete bookings

Build relationships with wedding planners, hotels, Airbnb hosts, and local businesses to generate new client referrals

Assist with coordinating group bookings (bachelorettes, birthdays, couples, etc.)

Maintain organized client records and booking notes

Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and rebooking

Support front desk flow when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

A natural people person with high energy and a positive attitude

Strong sales mindset—you enjoy closing deals and hitting goals

Confident communicator (phone, text, and in-person)

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Quick responder who takes initiative and follows through

Passion for wellness, beauty, and guest experience

Experience in sales, hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred

Compensation

Hourly pay: $18 - $20/hour (based on experience)

Bonus/commission opportunities based on bookings and sales performance
