Their capabilities include medium and high voltage systems, integrated electrical equipment, and engineered solutions designed to support complex operational needs.

    Position Overview

    Our client is seeking a Sales / Business Development professional with experience in electrical power systems to support continued growth across key markets.

    This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Houston area, with a strong focus on developing new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. The position will involve regular travel to customer sites and project locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and end users
    • Support the sales cycle from initial engagement through project execution
    • Present and position technical solutions aligned with client needs
    • Collaborate internally with engineering and operations teams
    • Maintain visibility into market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

    Preferred Background

    • Experience selling electrical equipment or solutions such as switchgear, transformers, or related systems
    • Strong background in business development and technical sales
    • Ability to manage both new client acquisition and existing account growth
    • Experience working within industrial, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
    • Strong communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Additional Notes

    • Compensation structure: Base + performance-based incentives
    • Travel: Regular travel within assigned territory
    • Location: Greater Houston area (hybrid – work remotely with travel)
