    Overview

    This independent contractor role is designed for professionals who are comfortable working in a self-directed environment while leveraging established systems, training, and support. You will manage your own client portfolio, conduct consultations, and guide qualified individuals through a structured process.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and manage a portfolio of prospective clients through our system

    Promote digital personal development and leadership training programs

    Conduct initial consultations with interested prospects

    Guide qualified individuals through a structured evaluation and onboarding process

    Utilize CRM and digital marketing tools to manage and track activity

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions

    Collaborate with a global network of professionals in a remote environment

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in sales, consulting, coaching, leadership, or business development

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
