Responsibilities: • Generate leads through outbound outreach (email, cold calls, social platforms) and inbound channels. • Qualify prospects to identify opportunities and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. • Develop a deep understanding of eUnify’s software solutions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on campaigns and initiatives. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM tools (Hubspot) • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach and lead qualification. Qualifications: • Experience: 1–2 years in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role; experience in SaaS or the HOA/property management industry is a bonus. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a natural ability to build relationships. • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and sales tools, and the ability to quickly learn new software. • Goal-oriented: A self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations. • Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment but can also excel independently. • Adaptability: Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly per year
