    Powergen Controls is a leading manufacturer of switchgear and industrial power solutions. We specialize in designing and building advanced control systems for critical infrastructure, data centers, healthcare facilities, and utilities.

    Job Summary: We are looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has experience in technical or industrial sales and is comfortable speaking with engineers, contractors, and procurement managers.

    Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

    Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals

    Work closely with engineering and project teams to tailor solutions to client needs

    Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Powergen Controls

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in electrical or industrial sectors

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Self-starter with ability to manage time and pipeline independently

    Familiarity with switchgear, control panels, or power systems is a strong plus

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

    Compensation:

    Competitive base salary + commission
