    Sechler Law Firm is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to lead growth efforts through strategic outreach, client engagement, and workshop-based presentations. This role combines consultative sales, partnership development, and the ability to deliver compelling educational sessions to prospects and clients. The ideal candidate is confident presenting to groups, skilled at uncovering business needs, and motivated by creating new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities: • Identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities within assigned markets or territories. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement. • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and close. • Track all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communication within CRM systems. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and educational presentations to prospective clients and represent the organization professionally at events, conferences, and partner meetings. • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partners. • Partner with marketing to support lead generation initiatives and event campaigns. • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive insights, and client needs to influence business strategy. • Assist with the development of new programs, workshop topics, or service offerings. Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience. • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills; comfortable engaging audiences of varying sizes. • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a consultative selling environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. • Ability to travel and work evenings as required for workshops and client meetings.
