Roofing Canvasser – Base Salary + Commission

Results Roofing is hiring motivated individuals who want a real opportunity to earn solid income while helping homeowners get the roofs they deserve. This position is the entry point into our sales team , giving you the foundation, training, and experience needed to move into a full roofing sales role with us.

Compensation

• Base salary: $28,000/year
• 10% commission on the profit of every job you set for us
• Uncapped earning potential

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Minimum 38 hours per week

Daily Expectations

• Knock a minimum of 40 doors per day
• Identify qualified homes ( roofs 15+ years old )
• Talk with homeowners about storm damage and insurance‑covered roof replacements
• Explain how we can help them get a new roof through their insurance
• Set them up for a no‑cost inspection

What You'll Do

• Work assigned neighborhoods and knock doors consistently
• Educate homeowners on roof age, damage, and insurance eligibility
• Build trust, answer questions, and schedule inspections
• Help drive new business and support the team
