Our Sales & Marketing Department has an immediate opening for a polished, organized, creative, and ambitious Sales & Catering Coordinator. This individual will support the Director of Sales and other Sales Managers’ efforts as well as create marketing projects that bring exposure to the Hotel. Responsibilities: • Assist clients by acting as a point of contact and communicating with them by phone and email in response to their queries and requests • Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events • Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information • Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied • Generate sales presentations and a variety of additional materials for prospective customers highlighting event space, dining and catering services, and facility amenities Qualifications: • Good organization and time management skills • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Proven track record of sales success Compensation: $24 Hourly
