    The Delta Orlando Celebration Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales & Catering Manager. The Sales & Catering Manager focuses on managing the sales and customer relations for the hotel. This includes finding new and repeat customers, planning menus and logistics for events, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Identifying and pursuing new customer leads, generating sales, and building relationships with existing clients. • Collaborating with clients to plan menus, logistics, and event details, including venue selection, catering, and other event services. • Negotiating catering contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients. • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Contributing to the financial success of the hotel by driving catering sales and achieving revenue targets. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to improve sales strategies. • Ensuring the quality of catering services, food production, and event execution to meet client expectations. Qualifications: • Prior hotel sales and catering experience. • Marriott experience is ideal but not required.
