The Client Engagement Specialist must be able to sell the dream of a brighter future, provide a high level of client service, and follow up with prospects persistently on a long-term basis. Family law/law firm-specific experience is not required, but the ideal candidate has personal experience navigating a family law case of some kind – no one is better equipped to guide our prospects and clients through this process than someone who has walked in their shoes. Responsibilities: • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients and guide them through options for representation. Understand their needs and communicate how our firm can help- without giving legal advice. • Follow-Up Mastery: Implement and execute follow-up strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed. • Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve ambitious goals for lead conversion and client acquisition. Track your performance and continuously strive for improvement. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless handover of information and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: You are a great fit if you… • Have proven experience selling high-end services or products. • Want to make a direct, tangible impact on people’s lives. • Are committed to persistent, consistent, personalized follow-ups with prospects who have met with the firm but not yet hired **** - this is a non-negotiable. • Are a diplomatic and clear communicator who doesn’t shy away from difficult conversations. • Enjoy building relationships with potential clients. • Are detail-oriented and obsessed with accurately and thoroughly documenting everything in CRM software. • Share our values, including honesty, integrity, compassion, and a genuine belief in the power of new beginnings. • Have a personal connection to family law. • Thrive in a team environment and believe that every touchpoint is an opportunity for us all to build trust and rapport. • Can independently manage your time, tasks , and prospects. • Love constructive feedback and are open to trying new approaches. Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 yearly + performance based bonus structure
