You won't be prospecting or cold calling—our team works 100% warm inbound leads , allowing you to focus entirely on consulting and closing qualified clients who are already seeking help.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle warm inbound calls from clients seeking tax relief solutions
• Run structured, consultative sales conversations
• Identify client needs and match them with the right resolution options
• Overcome objections while guiding the conversation forward
• Close high-value deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Earnings

• 15% uncapped commission structure
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses
• Top performers earning $15,000 – $24,000+ per month

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• In-office position: Irvine, CA

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of high-volume phone sales experience
• Background in tax relief, debt settlement, or high-ticket sales preferred
• Strong communication and objection-handling ability
• Confident closer with a competitive mindset
• Coachable, disciplined, and motivated by performance
