Guardian Tax is hiring experienced, performance-driven sales professionals who are confident leading conversations, building trust quickly, and closing high-value deals. This is a role for individuals who thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and are motivated by strong, uncapped earning potential.
All opportunities are warm inbound leads. You will focus entirely on consulting with and closing qualified individuals who have already reached out for help.
What You Will Do
- Handle inbound calls from clients seeking tax relief solutions
- Conduct structured, consultative sales conversations
- Present suitable resolution options based on each client's situation
- Address objections and guide the conversation toward a close
- Consistently close deals in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Compensation & Earnings
- 15% commission on all closed deals
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses
- Top performers earning $15,000–$24,000+ per month
- Consistent flow of high-intent inbound leads

Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
- Full-time, in-office role (Irvine, CA)
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of high-volume phone sales experience required
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Confident closer with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Disciplined, coachable, and driven by performance
