Guardian Tax is seeking motivated, high-performance sales professionals who excel at guiding conversations and closing deals over the phone. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want strong earning potential working exclusively with inbound leads.

Every call comes from someone who has already reached out for help with tax debt or IRS-related challenges—your focus is to guide, present solutions, and close with confidence.

• Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000 per month

Daily Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
• Understand client situations and determine the best solution.
• Run structured, consultative sales conversations
• Handle objections and maintain control of the call
• Close deals in a high-volume, performance-driven setting

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone-based sales experience
• Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills
• Confidence speaking and leading conversations
• Competitive, motivated, and coachable mindset
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment

Role Details

• In-office position (Chandler, AZ)
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
