    Guardian Tax is expanding our Irvine team and looking for proven Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, lead effective sales conversations, overcome objections, and close deals. If you're a competitive sales professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and is motivated by strong earning potential, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

    You'll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling. No prospecting. Your focus will be on speaking with qualified individuals, understanding their situations, presenting the right solution, and confidently closing deals.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
    • Lead consultative sales conversations from discovery through close
    • Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
    • Identify client needs and recommend the best solution
    • Present solutions clearly, confidently, and professionally
    • Handle objections and confidently close deals
    • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

    What We're Looking For

    • 1–2+ years of phone sales experience required
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
    • Ability to confidently present solutions and close deals
    • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
    • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

    Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday shift per month
