What You'll Do • Meet with motivated sellers across the Austin metro — in person and via FaceTime walkthroughs • Present cash offers and guide homeowners through one of the biggest decisions of their lives • Build trust fast with people navigating foreclosure, divorce, inheritance, or relocation • Own your pipeline, follow up hard, and close deals • Work alongside a tight-knit acquisitions team pushing toward aggressive growth targets Who We're Looking For You've got the reps, the instincts, and the confidence — now you want a platform that actually rewards production. Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Contacting a high number of homeowners on a daily basis • Nurturing and converting those leads into a signed contract • Getting signed contracts over the phone or in person, in the Austin Metro area • Structuring offers that fit into our business model • Providing feedback on how to improve and optimize our sales process Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Outbound Sales: 2 years (Preferred) • Role is a mix of In-Office and Home Appointments Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 yearly
