We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team and help scale our logistics solutions across the U.S. You will be responsible for closing high-value B2B deals, particularly within the retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. This role involves both virtual and in-person meetings , so candidates must be based in the U.S. and able to attend meetings or site visits when needed.
Own and manage the end-to-end sales closing process , from warm lead engagement to final contract negotiation.
Conduct in-person presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Understand client logistics needs and craft customized delivery and transportation solutions.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure service capabilities align with client expectations.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline activity and forecasting.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across various industries (retail, manufacturing, wholesale).
Represent the brand with professionalism and expertise in both virtual and physical environments.
3+ years of proven experience in sales closing , ideally in the transportation, logistics, or freight industry.
Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level account management.
Experience selling services to retailers, distributors, or manufacturers is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident in face-to-face and remote communication.
Comfortable attending in-person client meetings across the U.S. when required.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales reporting systems.
Based in the United States , preferably within commuting distance to New York HQ.
