Sales Closer - Water and Mold Damage Restoration

About Us We are a fast-growing emergency restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and disaster recovery services. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer who can convert qualified leads into signed restoration jobs.

This role is salary and commission based. Full-time with performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up immediately on leads and schedule onsite visits.

Educate homeowners about the damage, insurance process, and remediation.

Build trust and urgency during consultations to sign service agreements on the spot.

Document client interactions and signed contracts in CRM systems.

Requirements

Proven track record in mold remediation sales.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal oriented.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

One weekend a month required

Familiarity with insurance claim processes a strong plus.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
