About Us We are a fast-growing emergency restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and disaster recovery services. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer who thrives in high-pressure environments and can convert qualified leads into signed restoration jobs.

This role is salary and commission based. Full-time with performance incentives. Expected earnings between 85,000 and 150,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up immediately on leads and schedule onsite visits.

Educate homeowners about the damage, insurance process, and remediation.

Build trust and urgency during consultations to sign service agreements on the spot.

Document client interactions and signed contracts in CRM systems.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales closing, preferably in-home services, restoration, roofing, solar, pest control, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal oriented.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.

Familiarity with insurance claim processes a strong plus.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
