Sales Coach / Sales Manager – Real Estate (Full-Time)
Bluefield Realty Group is seeking a Sales Coach / Sales Manager to help our real estate agents reach the next level of production. This is not a traditional management role, as you won’t be responsible for transactions or compliance. You’ll be focused on one thing: Driving agent performance through coaching, accountability, and skill development. You’ll work directly with agents in one-on-one and small group settings, helping them improve their conversion rates, increase consistency, and build scalable sales habits. What Success Looks Like • Agents increase their skills, confidence, and conversion rates • Improved consistency in agent activity (calls, follow-ups, pipeline management) • Strong adoption of scripts, systems, and best practices • Positive agent feedback and engagement in coaching programs Compensation & Benefits • Base salary, plus commission overrides tied to agent production • Access to group rates on health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance • PTO and paid holidays • 401(k) with company matching Why Bluefield Realty Group • Rapidly growing organization with a strong reputation • Collaborative, high-performance culture • Large agent base with immediate coaching impact opportunity • The leadership team is committed to investing in agent success Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with assigned agents • Help agents set and track production goals (appointments, contracts, closings) • Coach on lead conversion, appointment setting, conducting buyer/seller consultations, objection handling, and time blocking • Run group training sessions and workshops • Develop and refine sales scripts, playbooks, and training materials • Hold agents accountable for activity and performance metrics • Collaborate with leadership on agent development strategy Qualifications: Who You Are • A proven sales leader, coach, or top-producing agent • Passionate about developing people, not just closing deals • Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to diagnose performance • Strong communicator who can coach with both empathy and accountability • Highly organized and able to manage multiple agents simultaneously • Energized by helping others win Preferred Experience • 3+ years in real estate sales, coaching, training, and/or sales management • Track record of high personal production OR coaching others to high performance • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools • Familiarity with lead sources (Zillow, Realtor.com, Google PPC, sphere, referrals, etc.) • Experience in a team or brokerage environment is a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
