Position: Comfort Advisor Full time, Mon-Fri, occasional nights and weekends Pay: Salary or Commission, whichever is greater

The Role We're hiring an experienced Comfort Advisor to run in-home HVAC sales consultations. You'll be the face of Rentmeister in the home — performing Manual J load calculations, designing the right system for the home, educating homeowners about their options, including rebates, financing, and earning their trust to close the sale.

What You'll Do

Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home comfort needs

Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our maintenance program.

Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales

Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms, rebates and prepare sales orders for jobs sold

Build and maintain customer relationships, communicate effectively with Install department and Office staff.

Represent Rentmeister at community events, home shows and networking opportunities.

Requirements for a Comfort Advisor

Valid Driver’s license and great driving record

Complete a pre employment drug screen (We do not accept Medical Marijuana Cards)

Ability to pass a background check

1+ years previous experience as a Comfort Advisor or equivalent in home sales experience

Must be well groomed, professional attire.
