    We’re looking for an energetic, community-minded professional to help us expand our presence and strengthen relationships throughout Green Bay and the Fox Cities.

    🌟 About the Role

    We’re seeking a Sales & Community Engagement Representative who is passionate about people, driven by results, and motivated by purpose. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of Senior Helpers in the community — connecting with healthcare professionals, local organizations, and families to promote our trusted care services and mission of improving lives.

    This position is ideal for someone with experience in sales, marketing, or community relations — especially within the healthcare field — who thrives on building relationships and creating meaningful community connections.

    💬 What You’ll Do

    Community Engagement: Represent Senior Helpers at local events, healthcare settings, and community gatherings to build trust and visibility.

    Lead Generation: Identify, develop, and nurture new leads while maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and partners.

    Partnership Building: Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and local organizations to expand our network and referral base.

    Marketing Support: Execute outreach and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness and support business growth.

    Data-Driven Growth: Monitor performance metrics, analyze outreach success, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    Professional Representation: Serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate ambassador for Senior Helpers — educating families and professionals about our services and values.

    🧩 What We’re Looking For

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Marketing, Public Health, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

    Experience: 2–5 years in sales, marketing, healthcare, or community engagement preferred.

    Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.

    Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

    Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite); CRM experience a plus.

    Availability: Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend events.

    Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
