Primary Responsibilities • Call on referral sources to generate referrals and increase revenues; develop and maintain a master call and contact list in the OYLH CRM system to effectively organize, track and monitor activity and growth for the South Houston Territory. • Establish and maintain customer relationships and provide the highest quality customer service. • Meet or exceed established sales targets. • Meet with potential clients/family members to detail service offerings and facilitate intake for services and close business during client intake meetings.

Job Requirements • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving. • Present well to clients and peers. • Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting. • Comfortable with closing/asking for business. • Excellent telephone communication skills, good writing & creative skills, good organizational and problem solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and its various applications, and willingness to be trained in computer programs specific to the One You Love Homecare organization. • Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance.
