    Bodenvy is a fast-growing body sculpting and aesthetics brand. Our clients are primarily women, many of whom are Spanish-speaking; therefore, candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

    This is a same-day closing role. If you cannot close during the first consultation, this position will not be a fit. You must be a closer who builds trust quickly, communicates with emotional intelligence, and influences without pressure. Consultations are private, body-focused discussions requiring professionalism, empathy, and a high level of communication finesse.

    We are seeking someone who:

    Is a proven closer (same-day closing ability required)

    Closes decisively without clients feeling pressured (stealth-style closer)

    Reads buyer types instantly and adapts communication accordingly

    Builds trust quickly in sensitive, women-centered consultations

    Creates emotional excitement by helping clients envision their future transformation

    Continuously stacks value throughout a consultation

    Transitions confidently from high to mid to lower-tier packages while maintaining authority

    Remains emotionally steady regardless of coworker or technician stress

    Has identity-level money motivation (competitive, driven, performance-focused)

    Is highly coachable and self-correcting

    Maintains consistent tone and influence for long (1–2 hour) consultations

    Handles objections using empathy and structured logic

    Thrives in a performance-based, zero-drama environment

    Responsibilities

    Conduct private 1-on-1 consultations with female clients

    Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English

    Close same-day using trust, clarity, and emotional intelligence

    Explain how each treatment aligns with the client’s goals

    Build emotional excitement for the client’s future results

    Adapt tone and pacing based on buyer type

    Handle objections calmly using empathy and logic

    Transition smoothly between different pricing tiers

    Maintain emotional control during busy periods or when staff members are overwhelmed

    Support a positive, team-first, zero-drama culture

    Requirements

    Must be a closer (same-day closing ability required)

    Full-time, in-person role in Orlando

    Must work Saturdays

    High emotional intelligence

    Emotional insulation (must remain steady despite team emotions)

    Strong internal money motivation

    Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales preferred

    Comfortable with body-focused, women-centered conversations

    Highly coachable with rapid application of feedback

    Ability to maintain consistent performance regardless of lead quality
