You confidently conduct in-home consultations and close sales
You follow up on every lead and open quote consistently
You build strong referral relationships with builders, designers, realtors, and other connectors
You generate repeat business and referrals naturally
You become highly knowledgeable in products, design solutions, and sales strategy

What You’ll Be Doing
Conducting professional in-home design consultations
Helping customers select products that fit style, function, and budget
Measuring and documenting projects accurately
Following up consistently until opportunities close
Building referral and networking relationships
Asking for reviews and referrals
Continuing to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and communication
Delivering a “WOW” customer experience from consultation through installation
