Position Overview: We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face for customers, guiding them through their appliance purchases with product knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and reliable support—from their first question to final delivery.

This position offers a commission-based pay structure with performance bonuses. Top earners can make up to $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner

Provide product information, including features, availability, and pricing

Help customers find the right appliance for their needs—no pushy sales tactics

Address questions and concerns with patience and common sense

Process sales transactions and ensure billing accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Stay informed about new models and industry trends

Collaborate with service and delivery teams for smooth customer experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Retail or sales experience preferred (appliance knowledge a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, dependable, and approachable demeanor

Comfort using point-of-sale (POS) or billing systems

Able to stay organized and calm during busy times

Eagerness to learn and stay current with product updates

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in appliance or home goods sales

Speak multiple languages (English/Spanish is a big plus)

Are comfortable pitching in with light showroom maintenance and organization
