We are not a high-turnover dealership. Our team stays, grows, and performs. This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, fast-growing dealership in Orange County. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Handle leads, calls, and appointments (CRM-based workflow) • Work with showroom & walk-in customers • Present vehicles and run test drives • Assist with trade-in appraisals • Hand off to finance properly • Deliver vehicles and manage customer experience • Create daily content (stories, reels, customer deliveries) Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Spanish-speaking (required) • Strong communication skills • Active on Instagram/TikTok • Able to bring your own traffic (on top of dealership leads) • Self-driven, competitive • Organized (CRM discipline is mandatory) Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000 yearly
