Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our business development team and drive revenue growth by selling strategic consulting services focused on digital experience transformation. You will position NextRow as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients seeking to maximize their investment in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Marketo, Analytics, Target) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) ecosystems. This client-facing role requires deep solution-selling expertise, travel readiness, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value.
The ideal candidate understands enterprise digital transformation, can speak confidently about customer experience challenges, and excels at building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for digital experience consulting services, with emphasis on Adobe and Salesforce implementations, integrations, migrations, and optimization
Conduct discovery sessions with C-level executives and marketing/IT leaders to identify pain points, business objectives, and digital transformation needs
Develop and present customized solution proposals that articulate ROI, implementation approach, and NextRow’s differentiators as an Adobe Gold and Salesforce Partner
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to craft technically sound, client-specific proposals and statements of work
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, consistently exceeding quarterly quotas
Build and nurture strategic relationships with Adobe and Salesforce account teams to leverage partner programs, co-selling opportunities, and market development funds
Represent NextRow at industry events, Adobe Summit, Salesforce Dreamforce, and client workshops (requires 30–40% travel across North America)
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity reporting in CRM
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or for a systems integrator, consulting firm, or digital agency
Existing relationships within Adobe or Salesforce partner ecosystems
Familiarity with enterprise marketing, CRM, and personalization use cases
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
