  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a compassionate, consultative Sales Consultant to meet with prospective clients and guide them through their first conversations about estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This role is ideal for an experienced salesperson who understands that these discussions can be emotional and requires empathy, patience, and clarity. You will help clients understand their options, feel supported, and determine the best next steps—without pressure or high-pressure tactics. Legal experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate. Compensation- $25 hourly with an OTE of $85,000 annually (*when goals are met) Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients • Educate clients on our estate planning, probate, and trust administration services • Lead conversations with empathy, professionalism, and active listening • Guide clients through the next steps, including engagement agreements and onboarding • Maintain ongoing follow-up with clients who are still considering their options • Manage and track the sales pipeline and key performance metrics • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions • Share client feedback and insights with leadership and the marketing team Qualifications: • Proven success in consultative sales (professional services preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Comfortable working independently and managing follow-ups • Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required—we will train Compensation: $25 hourly - $85,000 annually OTE
