** Sales Consultant – High-Earning Opportunity (Base + Uncapped Commission)**

Location: Hybrid / Remote + Occasional Trade Shows or Client Visits

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented sales professional with a passion for closing deals and building relationships? AZ Fire Bowls — a designer and manufacturer of luxury stainless steel fire features — is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a flexible, high-reward opportunity for someone who thrives on performance, autonomy, and results.

** What You’ll Do**

• Manage inbound leads from the company website, social media, and online platforms.
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and self-driven marketing.
• Conduct sales virtually via phone, email, and video meetings — and occasionally in person at the showroom, client homes, or trade shows.
• Deliver personalized consultations to help customers select the perfect product for their space.
• Work closely with company leadership to plan advertising strategies and allocate a monthly marketing budget.
• Attend approximately one trade show per month and bi-weekly sales meetings.

** What We Offer**

• Base Pay: $4,000/month

• Commission:

• * 10% on direct-to-consumer sales (B2C)
  

  • 7% on wholesale sales (B2B)
  • Uncapped earning potential — your results determine your income.
• • Sales Target: Minimum $25,000/month in sales to maintain base pay; commissions earned beyond that threshold.

• Flexible Schedule: As a 1099 consultant, you manage your own hours — we care about results, not clock-in times.

• Support Budget: Company-funded advertising, marketing materials, and trade show support to help you grow your pipeline.

• Growth Potential: As the company expands, top performers will have opportunities for leadership and account management roles.

** What We’re Looking For**

• A self-motivated, high-energy closer who takes initiative.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience in B2C or B2B sales (preferably home improvement, design, or luxury products).
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend monthly trade shows.
