    Sales Consultant & System Designer – Luxury Home Technology (Hunter Role)

    We are looking for a hungry, high-performance Sales Consultant & System Designer—someone who thrives on the chase, creates opportunities where others see none, and consistently closes high-value deals. This is not a passive, order-taking role. This is for a hunter who knows how to win.

    The Opportunity

    Own the front end of the pipeline—prospect, network, and generate new high-value opportunities with builders, architects, and affluent homeowners

    Act as a trusted authority, leading clients from initial vision through to fully realized, design-driven technology solutions

    Run high-impact consultations that uncover lifestyle aspirations and convert them into compelling, must-have systems

    Present, negotiate, and close large-scale automation, AV, and integrated technology projects

    Partner with internal engineering and field teams to ensure every project delivers at a world-class level

    Represent best-in-class brands including Savant, Josh.ai, Crestron, Sonance, James, and Focal/Naim

    Who You Are

    A true hunter mentality—you prospect relentlessly, follow up aggressively, and hate losing deals

    Proven track record (5+ years) of closing complex, high-ticket sales (preferably in technology, construction, or luxury markets)

    Highly skilled in conceptual selling—you sell vision, lifestyle, and outcomes, not just products

    Confident operating in high-end environments with discerning, high-net-worth clients and professional teams

    Able to create urgency, handle objections, and control the sales process from first contact to signed contract

    Strong technical intuition with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives

    Excellent communicator with executive-level presence
