LH Brubaker Appliances & Water Treatment is a third-generation, family-owned business proudly serving Central Pennsylvania. We are growing and preparing to open an additional location in the York area, and we’re looking for an Appliance Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is a consultative sales role, not high-pressure retail. Our sales consultants focus on building relationships, educating customers, and delivering an exceptional experience from first conversation through delivery and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers in selecting appliances for kitchens, laundry rooms, and full home projects

Educate customers on product features, options, and solutions

Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and remodelers

Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth experience

Collaborate with service, delivery, and installation teams

Represent LH Brubaker with professionalism, integrity, and respect

What We’re Looking For

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (appliance or home improvement a plus)

Proven success in sales

Professional appearance

Personable and friendly attitude

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Strong communication and listening skills

Understanding of sales principles

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Willingness to learn appliance products and systems
