The hours are generally between 9 and 5:30, but we are flexible. We take major holidays off, and we do not work weekends. The compensation for this position is a blend of salary and KPI incentives. This is not a commission sales position. We are a law firm; commission sales are deemed impermissible fee sharing. Expected range of $40,000 to $50,000 with opportunity for growth. Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Paid time off • Work from home Schedule: • Monday to Friday • No weekends Responsibilities: • Answer calls promptly and engage with potential clients to understand their legal needs • Gather and document detailed client information to ensure accurate case assessment and follow-up • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when addressing client inquiries and concerns • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction • Track and report on intake metrics to help us refine client engagement strategies • Assist in developing and implementing efficient intake processes to enhance client experience Qualifications: I'm looking for our next superstar client consultant, and I'm hoping it could be you. To apply for this position, you must have: • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role (This comes in all forms, i.e., real estate agent, teachers, mortgage brokers, etc.) • High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, time management skills, as well as interpersonal skills, and understanding of the art of building a relationship • Willingness to learn about our area of law and continuing to learn about the sales process and our structure Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
